Wow, I can't even keep up a once a month pace on the blog. I'll have to do some catching up. It's been a month since I was in Seattle for Easter. Guess some pictures are called for. Of course, I had a great time. How can I not with such fun and enjoyable companions!
We went to the Arboretum and strolled.

The rhododendrons weren't quite in full bloom, but we found plenty of other blooms to marvel at.

No, we really aren't in one of those fun house type places, just a crooked branch on which to set the camera.

And there were these amazing
pink pinecones

We also colored Easter eggs, one of my favorite things.

I also got to see the house that Brandon and Alix are buying (if all goes according to plan--I really hope I'm not jinxing it!) It's a cute house and I'm really excited for them!

It was a beautiful day and I got the full affect of the view from the front of their house looking west across the road. They have a great view of the Olympic mountains, the sound, and a wetlands.

My time there is always too short, but at least I'll get to see them again in June when we head to the East coast!
